I first heard The Shins drifting over the radio in coffee@bricklane, on my way back from PSP Beautiful Script at the Old Truman Brewery. New Slang sounded like it was from another time…I thought I was listening to a mutated Simon and Garfunkel!

The first single from upcoming album Wincing The Night Away, is currently available as a free download from Sub Pop…it’s a little The Beach Boys 🙂
